I'm from Germany and I just read this ... Thanks a lot, or, what we'd say over here: Vielen Dank. I also think that there IS hope and we have a great chance to be the European champions 2008 - maybe? I'm very sad that none of my favourites is about to fight for the cup anymore - Germany, England, the Netherlands - they're all out ... Well, I hope France is going to make it.

i've been a german fans since 20 years ago, since i was in elementary school.. rumminiegge & schumacher time..to matthaus, klinsmann and brehme.. till ballack n the gank..
i wish i coule be in germany to feel the sadness n gladness with you all... frankly, it hurts like i'm a german.. hehehe...
i don't really like france nor Italy.. but i do hope france wins.. although it would be difficult coz italy had the best defence...
but still, there's third prize for the germans!
